Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist specializing in rare diseases. Day-to-day tasks include providing reimbursement support to patients, coordinating with healthcare providers and payers, managing prior authorization processes, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of reimbursement applications. The specialist will also maintain detailed and accurate patient records, assist with appeals processes, and stay updated on relevant reimbursement policies and guidelines.
