As a Bilingual Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. This position involves developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and to ensure the best candidates are brought on board. A keen eye for detail, strong networking skills, and a passion for recruitment are essential.

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Expected Start Date : ASAP

Work type : In Office

Travel : Upto 10%

Languages : English and French

Your Day to Day :

The Sourcing Specialist if responsible for sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines for a large variety of roles across Canada. This role will take responsibility for :

• Advertising and maintaining job posts across a variety of different job sourcing locations (job boards, communities, social media etc.)
• Maintain SAP Applicant Tracking System for all assigned roles
• Screen candidates, including initial phone screens and present shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Business Partners
• Create and maintain job descriptions and job post templates
• Build talent pools and talent pipelines for all roles
• Support Recruitment Business Partner on head hunting and passive sourcing strategies
• Support recruitment administration
• Support HR projects as delegated
• Additional tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Table :

Strong communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written

Strong intuitive judgment when assessing candidates.

Customer Service Experience
