Job Summary: The Bilingual Sourcer is responsible for creating the front-end candidate pipeline and screening candidate qualifications. This role primarily involves sourcing and prescreening candidates for TEKsystems customer requisitions, to be interviewed and considered by TEKsystems recruiters.

Qualifications

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

  • Bilingual in both French and English
  • Diploma or higher preferred
  • 1–2 years of work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical savvy
  • Comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls
  • Customer service focus

Exigences en formation et expérience :

Location: This position is 100% on-site, Monday-Friday, at our downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Generate candidates through various sourcing methods, including TEKsystems’ database, social media platforms, job boards, resume databases, etc.
  • Drive the introduction process – document all touch points and relevant updates to candidate status.
  • Identify candidates specific to skill sets, markets, and geography.
  • Create candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system (Connected).
  • Focus on daily goals to contact candidates via phone and email to understand their skills, goals, and interests, identifying active and passive job seekers.
  • Connect qualified candidates with the Recruiting Coordinator based on relevant requirements (candidate handoff for initial screening).
  • Generate referrals through networking.

Fonctions essentielles :
