About The Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will deliver end-to-end project success in the Microsoft M365 space, leading complex projects. You will provide technical leadership and support for customers in highly complex cloud and on-premises environments. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting pre-sales with design and recommendations for cloud solutions, including M365 migrations, Copilot, security, compliance, and strategy.
• Collaborating with sales, support groups, vendors, and customers for a smooth project experience.
• Working closely with the professional services team and partners.
• Delivering assessments, roadmaps, health checks, workshops, migrations, on time and within budget.
• Mentoring and collaborating with subject matter experts in M365 and related technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent bilingual in French and English
• 7+ years of M365 delivery and design architecture experience
• 5+ years of technical consulting in a customer-facing role
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions, Power Platform, migrations, security, SharePoint, Copilot, and emerging technologies
• PowerShell scripting and API integration skills
• SharePoint custom development experience
• Experience working in a billable environment and managing multiple projects
