Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Bilingual Senior Talent Sourcer - French Speaking for their Montréal, QC/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develops sourcing strategies for each requisition and pipeline project.
- Sourcing, qualifying, and presenting candidates to the Recruiter, adhering to Service Level Guidelines.
- Represents the Client’s brand to prospects.
- Develops knowledge of current market trends.
- Initial candidate contact, building relationships and networks to generate leads and assess candidate suitability.
- Manages applicant tracking system and maintains accurate candidate documentation for legal compliance.
- Ensures compliance with EEO/Diversity Programs.
- Builds a network of top talent and assesses candidates for role alignment.
- Uses effective communication to keep the recruiter informed and express ideas clearly and timely.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in research, sourcing, or executive search.
- 4+ years of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance, or Technology roles.
- Proficiency in various sourcing methodologies including social networking, sourcing tools, job boards, and internet networking.
- Expertise in data analysis and market intelligence presentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in client and internal partner management.
- Experience working with KPIs in result-driven environments.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean search strings.
- Proven success in external headhunting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience presenting data and market insights.
- University Degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- 5+ years in data analysis, market intel, and Boolean search.
- Headhunting/Sourcing experience in corporate or agency settings for 5+ years.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience.
- 1+ year of agency recruitment experience.
- Banking industry experience.
- 1+ year of IT recruitment experience.
