Bilingual Senior Talent Sourcer

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Bilingual Senior Talent Sourcer for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies for each requisition and pipeline project.
2. Source, qualify, and present candidates to the Recruiter, adhering to Service Level Guidelines.
3. Represent the Client brand to prospects.
4. Develop knowledge of current marketplace trends.
5. Make initial contact with candidates and build relationships/networks with prospects, focusing on lead generation and screening to gauge interest and suitability.
6. Manage applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance.
7. Ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity Programs.
8. Build a robust network of top talent, gather market intelligence, and assess candidates for role alignment.
9. Use effective communication to keep recruiters informed, express ideas clearly, and maintain timeliness.

Requirements:

1. Experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in research, sourcing, or executive search.
2. Minimum of 4+ years of full-time talent sourcing or recruitment experience supporting Finance, Retail, High Volume, Executive, Insurance, or Technology roles.
3. Experience with various sourcing methodologies, including social networking channels, sourcing tools, job boards, and internet networking.
4. Expertise in data analysis and market intelligence presentation using Microsoft Office tools.
5. Experience in client and internal partner relationship management.
6. Proven ability to work with KPIs in result-driven environments.
7. Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean Search Strings.
8. Track record of successful external headhunting.
9. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
10. Strong communication skills, bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
11. Banking experience and sourcing for tech/corporate roles.
12. Agency experience is a plus.
