What Youll Do :

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptancewith a focus on delivering an unforgettable candidate experience.

Partner with hiring leaders to develop smart strategic hiring plans tailored to their needs.

Lead exciting Talent Acquisition initiatives like DEI programs recruitment training immigration strategy student hiring and community partnerships.

Be a brand ambassador for Medaviebuilding strong networks and promoting our values in every interaction.

Drive innovation in sourcing strategies and market research to stay ahead of recruitment trends.

Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams to lead impactful projects and create resources that support our evolving talent strategy.

What You Bring :

5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong background in healthcare and / or insurance .

Proven success recruiting in-house (not agency)youll be a trusted partner to our internal leaders.

Bilingual in French and English a must for this role.

A consultative relationship-first approach with candidates hiring managers and community partners.

Experience with Workday ATS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A self-starter mindset with the ability to lead projects independently in avirtual work environment.

Willing to travel to Moncton and / or Dartmouth offices for meetings / collaborating with recruitment partners and province-wide for Career Fairs
