Job summary

Hootsuite is seeking a bilingual Senior Customer Success Manager to support high-value Canadian customers (French/English) on a 12-month contract. You’ll drive adoption, retention and revenue growth by applying your SaaS and social media expertise.

You’ll lead relationships from end users to executives, develop account plans, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value with Hootsuite Enterprise products. Hybrid role near Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Significant years of customer-facing/account management experience in SaaS.
• Solid knowledge of social media and business use of social media.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and explain software features.
• Customer-focused; collaborative and communicative.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day relationship management for high-value customers.
• Build influential relationships across complex use cases with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate expertise in Hootsuite products and social media trends.
• Manage onboarding, mutual account plans, reviews, and value workshops.
• Monitor account health and adoption; advise on social strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to identify qualified leads (CSQL) for expansion.
• Advocate for product features and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to meet quarterly targets.
• Participate in training and other duties.
