Job description

Reporting to the Manager of People Service, the Sr. Clerk will provide front-line solutions to our colleagues’ Payroll, Pension & Benefits inquiries or triage them to our Subject Matter Experts for optimal resolution.

WORK YOU’LL DO

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries from current and terminated colleagues, and external vendors and agencies regarding corporate programs, policies and processes.
  2. Become a front-line representative for colleague questions or concerns through emails, telephone and/or self-serve.
  3. Support colleagues and Subject Matter Expert’s inquiries in Service Now.
  4. Manage multiple tasks while being responsible for your own workload in a team-based environment.
  5. Play a key role in assisting colleagues with Workday support.
  6. Implementation of new processes.
  7. Various other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 1-3 years of experience within Absence Management or an equivalent HR field.
  2. Bilingual in French and English, strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages.
  3. A Post Secondary education is required.

Bonus Points:

  1. Previous experience with Service Now case management platform is an asset.
  2. Ability to converse comfortably with business partners.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ability to meet required deadlines targets.
  8. Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner.
  9. Strong Microsoft O365 skills are an asset.
  10. Contribute to a positive working environment.

Time of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 PM.
