Our client, a well-established computer refurbishing company with over 10 years in the industry, is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead procurement and component sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT hardware procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

– Resolve issues like over-shipments, shortages, and pricing changes promptly.
– Liaise between suppliers and departments to resolve procurement problems.
– Maintain inventory levels aligned with company targets and goals.
– Ensure stock data accuracy, including lead times, pricing, and supplier info.
– Assist in developing and implementing procurement SOPs.
– Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
– Experience in hardware procurement or sales (PC, server, electronics industry preferred).
– Strong knowledge of IT components and market trends.
– Skilled in negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor performance management.
– Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain data tools.
-Mandarin speaker with fluent English for global communication.
