Your Opportunity

Our Winnipeg office is looking for a Bilingual Senior Accountant to join the Assurance team. If you are a candidate currently located in Canada and interested in relocating to Winnipeg, BDO may offer financial assistance. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effectively and efficiently handling audit tasks independently or within a team environment
  • Preparing year-end engagements and tax returns for clients across various industries
  • Performing audits on diverse organizations, preparing working papers and financial statements according to regulatory standards
  • Building positive relationships with clients and responding effectively to their requests and suggestions
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicating progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis
  • Training staff and investing in the professional development of your team
  • Fluently bilingual in both French and English (written and oral)

Your experience and education

  • Having completed your CPA designation or currently in the process of completion

  • Demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in both French and English
