Our client, a well-established computer refurbishing company with over a decade of success, is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to oversee order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring data accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
– Coordinate logistics and shipping to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing costs.
– Respond to customer inquiries via email and portal, ensuring a high level of service.
– Maintain sales reports, invoices, and shipping documents; support sales forecasting activities.
– Supervise and support the sales support team, including training and daily workflow oversight.
– Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and campaign execution.

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order fulfillment, or logistics coordination.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
– Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
