What You’ll Do :

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Sales, your responsibilities will include :

  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, responding to inquiries, following up on expiry notices, re-quoting previous prospects, and contacting generated leads.
  • Creating a trusting environment that fosters new sales opportunities and retains existing business.
  • Participating actively within the team and independently to contribute to overall business improvement.
  • Handling all customer inquiries efficiently, minimizing customer effort.
  • Processing account changes accurately, maintaining customer documentation, preparing correspondence, and documenting files for follow-up.
  • Resolving complex insurance-related cases using available resources until fully resolved.
  • Maintaining a current TAM base and following up promptly on all client communications.
  • Logging quotes, sales, days worked, and other metrics for monthly reporting.
  • Staying updated on underwriting guidelines and market changes.
  • Performing other duties as required.

Let’s Talk About You :

Ideal candidates will possess :

  • An AMF license, or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
  • At least three years of experience, preferably in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Epic, Salesforce, and company portals is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written.
  • Other licenses are considered assets.
