This role involved managing inbound sales through Chat, SMS, email and calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries across multiple channels: Chat, SMS, email and phone.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by understanding the customer needs and recommending tailor solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Proactively manage a sales pipeline during slower periods, ensuring all leads are nurtured.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in Salesforce

  • Required: Fully Bilingual in English and French or Mandarin, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in a contact centre or multi channel environment
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets while delivering customer focused solutions
  • Familiarity with salesforce and pipeline management
