Job description

Reporting to the Manager of Honda Sales Operations, the incumbent is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the Honda dealer network in areas including sales program administration, sales program payments, and confirmed dealer orders logistics.

The individual will also identify dealer inquiry trends and provide weekly summaries for Honda Sales Operations to facilitate network-wide communication.

  • Please note this position is based in National (Markham) supporting our Eastern Zone.
Principal Functional Responsibilities
  1. Support dealer network inquiries regarding sales program administration and general dealership business questions.
  2. Assign dealer orders outside of DRiVE allocation.
  3. Support dealer inquiries on individual dealer payments.
  4. Handle ad hoc requests.
  5. Perform monthly reconciliation and dealer payments for the national network.
  6. Support dealer inquiries (phone and email) related to confirmed dealer order logistics.
  7. Generate weekly and regional reports on writes and traffic.
  8. Post national and regional bulletins as needed.
  9. Produce weekly and monthly dealer inquiry summaries.
  10. Identify inquiry trends and recommend measures to reduce dealer confusion and questions.
Position Profile and Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken, is required.
  • Completed university degree or college diploma in business, sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • One to three years of relevant experience.
  • Highly developed analytical and research skills, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships.
  • Results-driven with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
Relationship Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and with internal/external stakeholders, including Honda North America and other partners.
  • Foster a team-building approach within the department, sharing results and supporting a collaborative environment.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred to support clients and dealers nationwide.
  • Please note that starting November 2, 2025, the role will transition to a four-day in-office and one-day remote work model.
