Responsibilities :

• Develop solutions for consumer and commercial customers, including Fortune 500 accounts.
• Manage inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Internship or related sales/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• Valid Class G / Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the district, work scheduled hours, and complete employment requirements.

Physical Requirements :

• Read, communicate, analyze information, and understand instructions or guidelines.
• Stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Visual abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
