Job summary

Cozey in Montreal is seeking a Retail Training Intern to help onboarding and product knowledge through engaging content. You’ll research, edit, and organize training resources from short-form videos to in-store SOPs, uploading modules on LearnWorlds, and maintaining Zendesk docs.

You’ll work with the Retail Training Specialist and get real feedback on real work. During the winter semester, you’ll build a strong product and sales understanding, experiment with AI in training, and shape materials

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French, enrolled in communications, marketing, education, or related field.
• Short-form video editing (TikTok, CapCut) with strong research instincts.
• Clear, structured writing to turn processes into SOPs.
• Highly organized and autonomous with minimal supervision.
• Curious about AI and new technology, with interest in retail, interior design, or furniture.
• Retail or sales exposure is a strong asset; proactivity and curiosity matter.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong working knowledge of Cozey products, sales approach, and in-store procedures to reflect on training content.
• Research and curate resources (videos, articles, visuals) for training modules covering sales strategy, product knowledge, materials, and interior design.
• Edit short-form training videos using TikTok, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Structure and upload validated content into LearnWorlds, keeping modules clean and navigable.
• Write and maintain in-store SOPs that support Ambassador onboarding and keep Zendesk docs current.
• Test AI tools and new approaches in training to improve engagement and usability.
