Job description

Our client, a leading player in the electronics retail industry, is seeking a Sales Associate Bilingual Spanish to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the sales department supporting customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$21.00 to $23.00/hr

What’s the Job?
  1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  2. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  3. Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  5. Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support promotional activities.
What’s Needed?
  1. Previous experience in retail or customer service is required.
  2. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
  3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  4. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  5. Familiarity with technology sales is beneficial.
