Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist - Hybrid

Location: Mississauga, Hybrid position (2 days from home and 3 days in office)

Hours: 10:30am - 7:00pm OR 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: Up to $65K + 5% Bonus

As a Reimbursement and Customer Service Specialist, you will support the company's strategy by pursuing authorization and reimbursement, and establishing expertise with payers. You will support clinic reimbursement services and client relationships through prompt benefits verifications.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and French
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Care/Reimbursement
  • Professional, friendly attitude with strong rapport-building skills over the phone
  • Persistent, organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multitasking and time management
  • Quick learner of new software
  • Proficient in SAP or similar systems, MS Office Suite, especially Excel & PowerPoint
