Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate and high-volume recruitment, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and experience with Workday Recruiter. This role is fully remote, with candidates located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include acting as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building and managing candidate pipelines, supporting monthly training classes, providing market insights, and coordinating advertising and branding activities. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess experience in corporate recruitment, high-volume recruitment, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in Workday Recruiter is essential, as are strong interviewing skills and attention to detail. Experience with onboarding and a bilingual capacity (English and French) are required.
