Job DescriptionAs a Bilingual Reactive Resource Planner for the Philips Canada Services and Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization, you will coordinate Field Service Employee (FSE) schedules for customer service appointments, facilitating parts delivery and equipment availability, contributing to the establishment of a world-class planning organization focused on exceptional customer service, and efficiently planning work orders while interacting with both internal and external customers via phone and email.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Pay Transparency Details
The annual pay range for this position is $42,000.00 to $64,000.00, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
