Job summary

Unknown Law Firm in Canada seeks a skilled Bilingual Proposal & RFP Specialist to join the Client Development team. You will support RFP responses, proposals, pitches, and presentations to win and grow client relationships across the firm.

You will collaborate with lawyers, business development, pricing, and marketing, managing proposals in both French and English and customizing materials for opportunities. PowerPoint and Word are used to create polished documents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in legal or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the RFP and proposals process.
• Fluency in French and English, with strong written communication.
• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposals and RFP responses from request to final submission in both French and English.
• Draft and customize pitch materials based on client needs.
• Partner with lawyers and Business Development to highlight experience and differentiators.
• Coordinate with Pricing on fee strategies and value-added offerings.
• Create polished presentations and proposal documents using PowerPoint and Word.
• Track pitches, RFP submissions, wins, losses, and feedback.
• Monitor procurement portals and share updates internally.
• Maintain information within the CRM.
• Ensure proposal and presentation materials follow firm branding.
• Manage multiple deadlines with input from stakeholders.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (some overtime may be required)

Salary: Up to $90,000 base

This role will support the development of RFP responses, proposals, pitches, and presentations used to win and grow client relationships. You'll partner closely with lawyers, business development professionals, pricing, and marketing teams across the firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage proposals and RFP responses from initial request through final submission in both French and English
• Draft and customize pitch materials based on client needs and opportunities
• Partner with lawyers and Business Development to position relevant experience and differentiators
• Coordinate with Pricing on fee strategies and value-added offerings
• Create polished presentations and proposal documents using PowerPoint and Word
