Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Value Management and Delivery Office within the Innovation and Delivery (T&I) group. This hybrid role supports the Content Every Day portfolio, coordinating across Agile PMs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters, while tracking budgets, forecasts, and risks.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years in project coordination and 3+ in related PM roles; bilingual in English and French, and proficient in Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Five (5) or more years of professional experience including three (3) or more years in project management/coordination, business administration, or project support.
• Bilingual (English/French).
• Experience with document management, Google Suite, spreadsheets, and presentation packages.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of traditional, hybrid, and Agile project management methodologies including Agile at scale.
• Ability to relate to people representing a range of personalities, cultures and hierarchical levels.
• Ability to handle working on simultaneous workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple streams with Agile PMs, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the Product Director.
• Maintain initiative’s financial registry, update actuals and monthly forecasts, identify variances.
• Reconcile timesheets and manage corporate invoice approval workflows.
• Consolidate planning updates and status reporting across Agile PMs, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
• Organize program-level workshops and major planning sessions.
