JOB PURPOSE: As the Bilingual (Spanish) Program Manager for the Apprenticeship Experience, you will own and optimize every stage of the apprentice journey, from onboarding and mentor pairing to engagement, certification progress, and full integration into the business. You will be the operational engine behind the program, ensuring a high-touch, high-impact experience for apprentices and their mentors, backed by clear data, regular touchpoints, and continuous improvement. This role blends program management, people experience, and analytics. You will collaborate with field leadership, mentors, HR, and training teams to deliver a seamless, scalable apprenticeship program that builds the next generation of body technicians.
