What you’ll be doing

Our Advisors are customer-centric and skilled at connecting with people. As a key member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus is to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  • Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help them achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-term relationships
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by meeting individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience
What you need to succeed
  • A drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals
  • Ability to uncover and solve customer needs
  • Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma
