About this Position

We are seeking a Platinum Specialist to join our Platinum Call Centre. This role involves providing specialized support to our top Canadian leaders, helping to streamline their administrative processes and enhance their experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls from top Canadian leaders, offering expedited and specialized service to reduce their administrative burdens.
  • Support leaders in all aspects of Life Operations, including Life Policies, Commissions, Licensing, and PFSL.
  • Collaborate with management to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to the Field’s overall experience with the Home Office.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality service by resolving inquiries promptly; maintain ownership of issues requiring follow-up until resolution.
  • Proactively review leaders’ statistics and assist them in achieving company targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Top Producer Members.
  • Prepare and analyze business statistics to inform decision-making.
  • Stay current on policy and procedural updates.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect the company’s authority to do business.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in the Insurance Industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures or policies.
  • Experience in sales or business ownership is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and innovative thinking.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Life Insurance Operations and PFSL.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Consistently meet or exceed service expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, pay attention to detail, and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
