Job summary

The Complex Care Analyst at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan responds to member inquiries and provides accurate information on pensions and benefits, handling low to mid-complexity interactions while guiding customers to self-service when appropriate.

You will work with the Manager, Member Experience & Relations, Complex Care, maintain knowledge of current policies, meet service levels, and contribute to standardized processes while delivering courteous, timely support.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate and complete information on entitlements under pension programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, policies and procedures.
• Set and meet production goals while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Use judgment in addressing issues within defined parameters.
• Monitor progress against personal and team targets.
