A leading company in healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Associate to provide vital administrative support within a patient support program. The Patient Services Associate (PSA) is an integral part for a patient support program (PSP). This role will require the candidate to perform administrative / data entry support in order to complete patient enrollment, safety reporting, management of inbound / outbound communication and work in partnership with the PSP team to provide organizational support. The candidate will also be required to interact with patients and a network of health care professionals (HCPs) across Canada utilizing a variety of communication tools. This candidate’s excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and efficiency will be essential for their success. This role involves understanding and adherence to; provincial, corporate, divisional, departmental and program specific standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality and continuity of client care.
