Delta Power Equipment is a full-service farm and construction equipment dealership with 450+ employees providing sales, service, and parts support at multiple locations across Ontario. Delta Power Equipment is looking for people who are passionate and who want to make a difference in the lives of our customers.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
- Sourcing and sales of all parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service.
- Generating quotes and completing orders as per customer requests, in a friendly and professional manner.
- First point of contact for our parts customers, over the counter and/or by phone.
- Provide information regarding parts, including their function, prices, applications, and warranties.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge on our product lines.
- Maintaining retail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- French and English language skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Has a general understanding of farm equipment systems and parts.
- Experience and knowledge in Electronic Parts Catalogue.
- Knowledge of Agriculture would be an asset.
