Job summary

Amynta Group is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to serve as the central hub for HR services and programs. You will collaborate with our parent company to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, wellness, language learning initiatives, and HRIS/benefits administration.

The role requires strong prioritization, self-management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CHRP designation (or in progress) is considered an asset.
  • 2–3 years of recruitment coordination experience.
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR/generalist experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience engaging with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) to manage and interpret data.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of coordination and support for the People & Culture team, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and ongoing candidate communication.
  • Deliver a smooth, engaging, and memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reports, leveraging ATS systems (Workday).
  • Coordinate and support the company’s onboarding program, ensuring a positive and structured experience for new hires.
  • Contribute to the administration and coordination of wellness programs and language learning initiatives.
  • Support HRIS and benefits administration processes in collaboration with our parent company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, fostering a culture of partnership, trust, and support.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in broader HR initiatives including training, performance management, and compensation processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation (or in progress) is considered an asset
  • 2-3 years of previous recruitment coordination experience required
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR/generalist experience with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Demonstrated passion for recruitment and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and self-manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience engaging with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR best practices; experience with candidate sourcing or cold outreach is an asset
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) to manage and interpret data
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
