Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in OT systems engineering or industrial IT/OT infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or equivalent.
• Experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain OT systems and equipment per architecture standards.
• Integrate OT systems with IT platforms and validate communication and compliance.
• Implement OT security, segmentation, resilience, and stability.
• Diagnose OT issues, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Provide advanced technical support including impact analysis and risk evaluation.
• Assess production, maintenance, quality, and safety impacts.
• Estimate technical effort and resources for installations and upgrades.
• Test hardware and software integration, communication, redundancy, and security.
• Identify OT cybersecurity threats and strengthen controls.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, diagrams, and topologies.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, and Cybersecurity as SME.
• Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support transition of systems into production and support teams.
