Based in our Bowmanville Head Office, join our Finance team and help us shape an outstanding experience for our English and French clients and partners!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about providing excellent service? In this role, as part of a two person team, you’ll be the backbone of our billing and order fulfillment process, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and that invoices are issued promptly. You'll work closely with all our clients, our sales team and other internal team members to maintain smooth and efficient order execution, with a focus on efficiency, communication, and timeliness.

Key Deliverables

  • Order Management: Custodian of orders from start to finish on time every time.
  • Billing Operations: Processing invoices and related requests accurately and on schedule.
  • Customer Communication: This is the key point person for our clients regarding orders and billing, it is imperative to be Bilingual in both official languages: English and French.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately record and update customer information, orders, and billing details in the system to maintain reliable records.
  • Problem Solving: If our client has a problem with an order, then we have a problem. Identifying and even pre-emptively anticipating issues and finding solutions with a sense of urgency is how we differentiate ourselves.

  • How your 2+ years experience in order processing, billing, or a related administrative role with good Excel skills (… be prepared to be tested on this!) will meet the needs of our clients.
  • Your meticulous eye for detail to ensure order and billing accuracy.
  • How you will be able to professionally communicate in both English and French with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • How you manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
