The Pregnancy Care Centre and Infant Food Bank is seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in providing a warm and well-organized welcoming environment at the reception area while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist clients, visitors, and volunteers in a warm and professional manner
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in both English and French
  3. Maintain an organized reception area and manage front desk operations
  4. Conduct intake meetings
  5. Provide information about our programs and services
  6. Assist with fundraising events (may be after regular working hours)
  7. Perform general clerical duties

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bilingual (French & English) required
  2. Previous experience is preferred
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  5. Proficiency in computers
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  7. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach
  8. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure
  9. Proper telephone etiquette
  10. Clean Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
  11. Valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle
