Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual (Métis / EN) Project Coordinator for a temporary full-time position to support Project Managers in project execution within the Client Services department. The role ensures consistently superior client service standards in all interactions and provides professional administrative support within our client-facing project management team. As a key team member, this role contributes to delivering exceptional quality work to clients and internal teams.

Pay rate : $24 to $26 / hour

Location : Fully Remote

Shifts : Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job type : Temporary, Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project execution by managing kick-off meetings, deadlines, client status reports, and communication with operational teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal operational groups throughout project lifecycles to meet objectives.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client communications; understand and incorporate client feedback; support project management in client interactions.
  • Assist in drafting scripts, developing business rules, and providing project reporting and analysis to ensure quality and contextualized results for clients.

Work closely with Project Managers and other departments to enhance service quality and meet or exceed client expectations. Foster teamwork and cooperation across departments to uphold high service standards. Manage and resolve complex tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment.
  • Bilingual in Métis and English is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience drafting content for program-related materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with databases is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
