Your everyday with us:

Reporting to the Team Leader you would be providing support for our group medical underwriters. You will have the opportunity to analyze and manage medical underwriting requests, prepare documentation, administer our operational practices including invoicing, manage our information systems and communicate with our customers.

You will have the opportunity to interact on the phone with clients, physicians and other departments, use various technologies and demonstrate your exceptional administration skills.

What you need to succeed:

  • You are a good communicator - through email, letter and phone, you are clear and concise.
  • Whatever it takes attitude, you like a new challenge every day.
  • You thrive in an environment of change.
  • You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration, customer service or other relevant experience.
  • You can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • A medical or insurance background would be a bonus.
  • Fluently Bilingual (English and French). (spoken/written)
