Our Market Reservation Assistants are responsible for receiving submissions, deciphering the nature of the submission, entering information into the Market Reservation systems while ensuring completeness of the information provided and directing the submission to the appropriate business sector in a timely manner and in accordance with business guidelines and policies.

If you have:
  • Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience
  • Previous office administration experience is an asset
  • General insurance/business knowledge an asset
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Competence with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Fluently bilingual (English / French) is a must
