The ideal candidate holds a CPA with 3-5 years in manufacturing cost accounting, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, advanced Excel, and fluency in French and English to communicate financial insights.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with 3-5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems; SAP is a strong asset.
• Advanced or intermediate Excel skills.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize standard costs and manufacturing variances.
• Conduct product profitability and performance analyses.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to costs, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance teams with financial insights.
• Contribute to monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze costs and inventory and support audits and internal controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.
