The Risk Management Group in the National office requires a Bilingual Manager to oversee and guide the day-to-day operations of the Know Your Client (KYC) team.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing workloads and priorities of KYC analysts;
  2. Quality reviewing and editing KYC Reports prior to issuance;
  3. Regular communication with KYC submitters to provide guidance and/or progress updates;
  4. Mentoring and advising KYC Analysts, including providing ongoing training support;
  5. Working with and supporting the KYC Team’s Management Group on process and policy improvements;
  6. Liaising with other departments/groups as required.

What You Bring To The Role

A successful candidate will possess:

  1. Experience reviewing KYC procedures and reporting results;
  2. Fluency in oral and written English and French;
  3. Ability to work independently to review online research and improve reporting of complex issues;
  4. Interpersonal and collaboration skills to interact with colleagues at all levels;
  5. Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills;
  6. High aptitude for learning new systems and technologies;
  7. Ability to analyze and facilitate information sharing.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The candidate may need to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders and apply relevant policies and regulations during employment.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected base salary range is $73,000 to $109,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
