Join the Enterprise Architecture Team, in the Manager, enterprise architecture position. The Manager, Enterprise and Solution Architecture plays a critical role in overseeing the architecture initiatives within the IT sector and across the organization. This position is responsible for managing relationships with solution architects, enterprise architects, senior management, peers, and business stakeholders, ensuring that enterprise architectural standards are applied effectively across assigned domain(s) of responsibility. The incumbent will lead a team of 5+ specialists, guiding them in delivering solutions that align with the organization\'s strategic objectives.
Technical Oversight of Enterprise and Solution Architect Initiatives and Deliverables – 45%
Compliance, Regulatory and Continuous Innovation – 25%
People Leadership (Human Relations Skills) – 30%
