Job summary

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Manager of Patient Care, the LPN provides professional nursing services to designated patients, including administration of prescribed treatments and collaboration within the care team.
• Participates in coordination of patient care and discharge planning.
• Demontrates commitment to vision, values, and objectives of the region/unit.
