Job summary

The role emphasizes compliance, product knowledge, and the ability to integrate marketing promotions into conversations while maintaining confidentiality and handling escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Knowledge of call centre technology, processes and metrics.
• Experience in credit decisions / recommendations.
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide credit and lending-related sales and service.
• Advise customers on borrowing strategies and products to meet objectives.
• Fulfils sales and service activities for customers per procedures.
• Identify referrals to other business groups.
• Handle customer contacts professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and trends and apply to conversations.
