THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
The successful candidate for this position will play aunique role on the corporate proposal team by fulfilling key areas of support that contribute greatly to the success of the team and the company overall.
First, the role is responsible for leading the coordination of support for customized elements of preparing proposals and responses to small, template-based business development quotes in both English and French. This will include coordinating compliance with submission requirements; responding to short questionnaires from prospective clients using our internal content library; and coordinating with subject matter experts as appropriate. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of GreenShield’s portfolio of solutions and to contribute to the tailoring of content to speak to the value proposition and market strategies that differentiate GreenShield’s services in the marketplace.
The role will also be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day monitoring and management of public procurement portals (Merx, Biddingo, SEAO, BC Bid, etc.). As part of this function, the individual will utilize best practices to identify potential pursuit opportunities posted to the platforms and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the details are communicated to the appropriate internal stakeholders. Additionally, this role will conduct research in support of identified pursuit opportunities.
As part of a national team, the individual will be engaged to provide support to stakeholders from across Canada. The Bilingual Junior Proposal Analyst will work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization including sales teams, various subject matter experts, and members of senior leadership as required.
