Schedule: Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading national financial institution for a Bilingual Investment Support Associate to join their dynamic Toronto-based operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about finance, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to learn and grow in the investment industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process financial and non-financial transactions across various investment account types, including mutual funds and securities.
  • Support both registered and non-registered investment accounts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.
  • Investigate discrepancies, resolve transactional issues, and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to support operational excellence and deliver high-quality service.

What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (recent grads welcome!).
  • 1–2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or investment operations.
  • Experience with data processing, transaction management, and account administration.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a structured environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of mutual funds, securities, and investment products.
  • Experience working in a client service or back-office financial operations role.
