American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Communications & Culture professional in Montreal to shape and advance our internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. You will develop and implement programs that enhance recognition and the overall employee experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, educate staff about programs, and help evolve our employer brand online. A degree in a related field and 2+ years’ experience are expected, with bilingual fluency in French and

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in communications, marketing, HR, or related role.
Excellent bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.
Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development and execution of AIM’s corporate communications strategy.
Optimize internal communication practices, tools, and channels for timely information.
Educate employees on programs like Tuition Program and Years of Service Program.
Support evolution of AIM’s LinkedIn strategy to strengthen employer brand.
Provide communications support to internal teams to improve consistency.
Assist with planning and executing employee events and community initiatives.
Support intranet content strategy and content accuracy.
Coordinate and admin support for employee programs as needed.
Track performance of communication tools and initiatives for continuous improvement.
Support other internal communications, culture, and engagement projects.
