You'll intake requests, coordinate with Case Coordinators, and ensure timely support by phone, email, or fax, while collaborating with providers worldwide and reviewing benefit coverage. A bilingual English/French professional with at least 2 years of customer service shines here.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French.
  • Great time management and ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving mindset with diplomatic communication style.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Help traveling members with taxis, ambulances, hotels, and medical appointments.
  • Connect with service providers worldwide to gather reports and documentation.
  • Keep clients updated on their members' assistance progress.
  • Support members who need help getting home safely.
  • Act as the vital link between families, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Use the case management system to track details and next steps.
  • Review benefit plans and confirm coverage details.

As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the friendly first voice our members hear when they need help – whether it's medical or general assistance. Before cases move to our Case Coordinators, you'll be the one making sure everyone gets the support they need.

Your day-to-day will include:
