Job summary

Sun Life is hiring a Financial Services Consultant (FSC) to manage a pipeline of leads from members leaving employer plans and to convert them to Sun Life insurance solutions. This hybrid role requires you to work from the Montreal office once per week and leverage a strong sales ethic to meet and exceed targets.

You will provide phone consultations, build product expertise, and collaborate with the Career Sales Force to expand multi-product sales.

• Bilingual communication required for frequent interactions across Canada and worldwide.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and friendly attitude with rapport-building over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and sales leads from GB members leaving employer plans.
• Provide phone consultations and recommend insurance solutions.
• Build expertise on Sun Life’s range of insurance products.
• Support multi-product selling and partner with Sun Life’s Career Sales Force.
• Meet quality assurance and performance metrics.
• Contribute to rollover protection sales targets.
