We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join an incredible team in Gatineau, where you will be helping clients realize their dreams! If this sounds like you we'd love to hear from you!

Base Salary at 50K + Commission for the first year, 100% commission in the second year.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who come to the office and answer their questions;
• Identify customers' needs in order to propose a project that reflects their image;
• Present the different models available and their options;
• Keep customer files up to date and follow up with them as needed;

And, of course, all this surrounded by a team of specialists, because teamwork is a priority.

Qualifications

• Fluently Bilingual in French and English;
• Experience in selling personalized services or residential products in a competitive market with a long sales cycle;
• Experience in B2C sales;
• Ability to read technical drawings or specifications (asset);
• Passion for helping others realize their dreams.
