Job Summary/Mission

Reporting to the Quebec Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Account Manager for Quebec will also be covering part of the Prairies and the Atlantic Provinces. This professional truly believes that loyal customers come from having amazing experiences with our brands and products. Those amazing experiences are rooted in the fact that you are part of our awesome Quebec team and are willing to go that extra mile. Your mission is to provide outstanding sales and customer experience via phone, email and occasionally in person either on the road or at tradeshows. You are responsible for working with new and existing retail partners by maintaining regular communication, developing business plans, educating and inspiring retail staff and consumers, all which result in a year over year increase for your territory. Additionally, Inside Sales Account Managers are part of a full time team and are secondary support for the Customer Experience team. The Inside Sales Account Manager for Quebec is working remotely, from their home office.

Critical Success Factors/Outcomes:

  • Manage call and email cycle to optimize growth, by communicating with your accounts regularly.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing plans.
  • Consistently inspire and actively educate retail staff.
  • Consistently sample retail staff throughout the year on all brands.
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals on new item placement.
  • Be back up for customer experience and order processing departments as needed.

Competencies:

  • Experienced – You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with an understanding of the health food industry.
  • Knowledgeable about Natural Health and Nutrition – Your passion for natural health goes beyond a hobby. You have a designation and may have experience working in the health food industry and even sold or used our brands and products before.
  • Systems Friendly – Experience working with a CRM (preferably HubSpot), an ERP system, Excel, Windows & Web Portal based environment will be an asset. Openness and comfort in learning to use new tools will be necessary.
  • Proven Ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty, resulting in sales growth.
