Job Summary/Mission
Reporting to the Quebec Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Account Manager for Quebec will also be covering part of the Prairies and the Atlantic Provinces. This professional truly believes that loyal customers come from having amazing experiences with our brands and products. Those amazing experiences are rooted in the fact that you are part of our awesome Quebec team and are willing to go that extra mile. Your mission is to provide outstanding sales and customer experience via phone, email and occasionally in person either on the road or at tradeshows. You are responsible for working with new and existing retail partners by maintaining regular communication, developing business plans, educating and inspiring retail staff and consumers, all which result in a year over year increase for your territory. Additionally, Inside Sales Account Managers are part of a full time team and are secondary support for the Customer Experience team. The Inside Sales Account Manager for Quebec is working remotely, from their home office.
