Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for candidate development of active and passive candidates for high-volume positions. Will have extensive interaction with hiring managers using a consultative approach to facilitate the recruitment lifecycle.

• Manage the candidate process, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate offers and acceptance.
• Source prospective candidates using proprietary databases, job boards, and community organizations.
• Review resumes, communicate expectations, and conduct behavior-based pre-screen interviews via video call.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
