Job description

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Human Resources of the Future Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Work with talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements, bringing expertise to areas such as:
  2. People Strategy Development
  3. HR Operating Model Design & Organizational Design
  4. HR Process Design
  5. HR Functional Effectiveness
  6. HR Technology Strategy Design (SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, or Microsoft experience is a bonus!)
  7. Help clients tackle transformation and deliver results
  8. Support business development opportunities
  9. Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage ownership of personal development
  10. Facilitate and lead innovative client workshops and teams
  11. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and develop meaningful recommendations
  12. Use multiple sources of information, including stakeholder views, to develop solutions
  13. Utilize data and insights for informed decision-making
  14. Read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Comprehensive HR consulting experience across industries, either in a professional services firm or in-house
  • Experience supporting business development, including proposals and tailored approaches
  • Leadership in managing teams to deliver outcomes and develop thought leadership
  • Technical understanding of HR functions including Business HR, HR Operations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards
  • Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Viva from an Org Design or Process Design perspective
  • Analytical thinking and ability to produce high-quality, value-creating deliverables
  • Passion for innovative problem solving and learning
  • Ability to build impactful client relationships and engage in complex environments
  • Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency in French is highly valued
